Daily fiber therapy - the confessions of a knitting geek.

The new Knitty makes me happy. Someone said in LJ Knitting that this is an issue full of what we expect from Knitty - clever, non-mainstream patterns that look at knitting from a different angle.

For the first time ever, I cast on for a Knitty project right away: Vicky. I'm using some black Softwist Bulky I had sitting around. My only concern is, as usual, the size of my bosoms. They need support, and lots of it. If creative, hidden ways fail to keep them perky in this corset, I'm not opposed to adding straps of some sort. This is something I want to wear in public!

I'm very happy to see that the idea I came up with for Knitty - not that I submitted it, knit it up, or even spoke of it - wasn't in the issue, as that means that it's unlikely someone else thought of it. Maybe sometime when I'm bored I'll knit it up and speak of it after all.
