Daily fiber therapy - the confessions of a knitting geek.

Pretend there are pictures of knitting here.
I got the holiday Interweave Knits and I want to make almost everything in it, maybe because the items are small and, thus, obtainable. I started an ascot out of Knitting Fever Angora Extra in orange, purchased from the Yarn Cafe along with The Opinionated Knitter with my purchased-for-half-off gift certificate. It took forever to find something to buy, as usual. I guess that store just doesn't row my boat.

(pretend there's a picture of said ascot here)

Your opinion needed:

Valley Yarns Florence (in the first color, dark gray) or Rowan Kid Classic (in "Crushed Velvet") for Oblique (100% love this)? I really love the red, but does the extra expense justify it? I have a $25 gift certificate.

This little one has fried my brain:

Yay four-month sleep regression. Does that help with your baby jonesin', Melissa?
